Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay with plans to expand to more countries. Free shipping on US and Canada orders over $150 and international orders over $250. 

International tax rates are inclusive of VAT and duty charges making the purchasing process that much simpler. No additional steps are needed to receive your package.

All orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm EST will be processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Allow additional time for holidays. 

Please allow 7-10 days for domestic shipments and 10-12 days for international. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

At MYNT 1792, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to MYNT 1792 within 14 days of receiving it.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, MYNT 1792 reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of $9.95. 

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging. MYNT 1792 will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear. 

MYNT 1792 is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same one or another item. MYNT 1792 is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. No Returns/Exchanges on merchandise that was worn, stained or damaged by customer. MYNT 1792 gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be returned.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 3-4 weeks or one billing cycle for a credit to appear on your credit card statement after the product is received. 

All clearance and sample sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

USA & Canada

You have the option of exchanging an item(s) for a different size or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item (s) purchased when returned within our 14 day return policy. Delivery is free on all orders over $150.00. Any subsequent exchanges after the initial delivery will be billed at the normal shipping rates.

In order to return or exchange an item, you must send an email with the reason for the return or exchange to customerservice@mynt1792.com.  At that time, you will be directed as to where to ship your return.  Please e-mail customer service a Fed Ex tracking number so that we may monitor returns and issue prompt refunds.

International

We do not offer International exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, a new purchase will have to be made. All international returns will be credited less a 20% restocking fee and any additional return processing fees (charges related to the return such as freight & handling).

In order to return an item, you must send an email with the reason for the return to customerservice@mynt1792.com. You have the option of using a return label we'll send you, which will be deducted from your refund amount or you can choose to use a carrier of your choice at your own expense. 

International Undeliverable Returns

Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. If a parcel is returned to our warehouse for this reason, we will issue a credit for the merchandise, minus a 20% restocking fee + any additional return processing fees (charges related to the return such as freight & handling). If you'd still like to purchase the items in the parcel you'll need to place a new order.
